The 3-star Hotel Jacobs offers comfort and convenience right in the heart of one of Europe’s most arresting cities. Located near the canals in the historic centre of Brugge, the hotel is within walking distance of attractions that include the medieval Church of Our Lady, home to Michelangelo’s ‘Madonna and Child’; the 13th century Belfry of Brugge; and numerous theatres, museums and shops. Facing the handsome cathedral of St Gillis, the hotel was built in 1829 and is an example of the nineteenth-century’s growing interest in neo-gothic architecture. Behind the hotel’s gabled facade, guests can expect modern touches such as free hotel-wide wireless internet access along with friendly, multilingual staff who will do their best to ensure a comfortable stay.
